Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • All authors got acquainted with SciFormat Publishing Editorial Process.
  • The manuscript adheres to the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • The manuscript is in Microsoft Word or PDF file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

SciFormat Publishing places great emphasis on the adherence of submitted manuscripts to our Author Guidelines. It is crucial for authors to meticulously follow these guidelines to ensure their work aligns with our publication standards and thematic scope. Compliance with these directives not only facilitates a smoother review and publication process but also enhances the visibility and impact of your research. We strongly urge all authors to review and conform to the SciFormat Publishing Author Guidelines before submitting their manuscripts for consideration.

In addition to ensuring adherence to SciFormat Publishing Author Guidelines, we also require that the corresponding author submits a Cover Letter along with the manuscript during the submission process. This Cover Letter should highlight the novelty, significance of the research, and any other information that might aid in the evaluation process. Alternatively, the corresponding author may opt to leave Comments for the Editor in Step 1: Start of the submission process. These comments or the Cover Letter should articulate the manuscript's contribution to the field and any pertinent details that support its consideration for publication. This step is critical in providing context and framing the importance of the submission for our editorial team.
